He was surrounded by a pool of blood gushing out of the body that lay in front of him and tears were pouring out of his eyes profusely wetting the neck of his shirt while his body was trembling.
He threw the knife frantically from his hand that was smeared with the blood of his dad. Beside his dad’s dead body was his mother left baffled with what had happened all of a sudden. Her head had already swollen due to the beating her husband had exposed her with to satisfy his drunk male ego.
The nine year old boy perplexed with the emotions of grief, rage, pain and love was shuddering as the realization had dawned upon him of what had been done.

Yeah but at least he save his mother from his animal father. Probably the scars will heal with the happy life they can live ahead.
